Hi, my name is Kendra and I've been involved with USANA since November 2004. As committed as I once was to USANA's products, I've allowed a year of personal life struggles to take me off the path of health. I thought I'd update my website and share with you some of my favorite products that I am re-committing to using on a daily basis. Although I'm not allowed to make product claims, I do know when I am regularly taking the Healthpak my immunity against colds and viruses is stronger and my hair doesn't thin as much as it has since my Healthpak consumption has lapsed. The Nutrimeal shakes are a great way for me to start the day with a more balanced breakfast than the muffin or bagel on the run, and stays with me until lunchtime. I sometimes like to supplement lunch with a shake as well and if I'm consistent with this it will help me lose some of the weight I've gained in the last year.
